ARIAGO´s Abuelos Natural has a sweet acidity and silk body. It is a sweet and warm coffee, just like grandparents love.
The Natural Process first involves harvesting the coffee by hand, then drying the beans in the full cherry, which allows them to absorb all the richness and sweetness of the cherry prior to being de-pulped. The coffee is then fermented anaerobically (without oxygen) for 72 hours.
